The Luboń site is located in the immediate vicinity of the city of Poznań and benefits from excellent transportation connections. Its proximity to Poznań Central Station—a major transportation hub—and to the A2 highway makes the site particularly efficient for service and warranty support, where fast response times are crucial. 
The region offers a blend of urban surroundings and natural experiences. Nearby Puszczykowo and the Wielkopolska National Park are ideal for recreation and sports activities. At the same time, the site is situated in an economically strong environment with many technical and industrial companies, creating additional opportunities for collaboration and development. Modern offices, local infrastructure with restaurants and shops, as well as health and sports facilities round out the picture. 
In terms of operations, the site is characterized by the supply, modernization, and maintenance of signaling systems. The teams provide nationwide technical support, manage training centers, and have already installed over 600 BUES 2000 systems on the Polish railway network. This work makes a key contribution to the safety and modernization of the Polish rail network.
